Jim Dax has been selling real estate since 1979. He graduated with a degree in animal science from UC Davis. He had planned to go on to veterinary school but started working in real estate and loved it. "I enjoy people and architecture…every day is different and I am never bored.“
A successful realtor for more than 30 years, Jim specializes in metro San Diego. Jim has won numerous awards for sales in Kensington and Mission Hills. In 2009, Jim joined Ascent Real Estate to partner with his friend and colleague Shawn Dooley. Together they bring years of experience and great service to serve both buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County.
In his leisure time Jim loves to cook, collect fine art, and has a passion for gardening and the outdoors.
